1. Shipping Locations
- Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping throughout Germany with reliable and fast delivery options.
- International Shipping: Emil Benz ships worldwide. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination.

2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time for crafting and preparation. If your order is expected to take longer, we will notify you promptly.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
   - Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (domestic) or 7-14 business days (international)
   - Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (domestic) or 3-14 business days (international)
   - Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on factors outside of our control, such as customs delays for international orders.

4. Shipping Rates
   - Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

5. Duties and Taxes
   - For orders within the EU, VAT is included in the purchase price.
   - International orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by the destination country. Emil Benz is not responsible for these additional charges, and they are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Tracking Your Order
   - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your package.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
   - While rare, unforeseen events can cause delays. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@emilbenz.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
   - In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Lost packages will be replaced or refunded upon confirmation of loss.
